Malpen Investments is a young company founded in 2004. Our business is the sale of investment properties in France and Germany. We are focused on providing investments schemes to clients who are willing to expand their property portfolio.

We offer leaseback properties which are French investment properties whereby you get a guaranteed rental income for minimum 9 years and the full VAT back on the purchase price of the property (19.6%).

A choice of exceptional new build and resale properties are also available on our website, but we tend to specialise in properties located in Paris, the Alpes and on the Mediterranean and Atlantic Coasts.

We are now also diversifying to Germany as we believe it is a market full of opportunities and a safe property investment with good capital appreciation perspective.

We are UK based and also have a permanent office in Paris where OJIREL our parent company is specialised in both commercial investments and asset management in France.
